An odd noise, a warning light, pulling to one side, hard starting when cold. You do not need to know the cause to book. Choose Something else / Not sure and we start with a diagnostic check.
- We scan first. Fault codes before parts, every time.
- You get a call. We explain what we found and what it costs.
- You decide. Approve it, defer it, or take the vehicle as it is.
How long will it take?
Routine services are usually same-day. Overhauls and body work get a realistic timeline once we have seen the vehicle. We would rather say three days than promise one.
How are parts priced?
Where there is a choice between genuine, OEM-equivalent and aftermarket, you choose. We will tell you honestly which one we would fit to our own vehicle.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booked vehicles are seen first. Reserving online takes under a minute and costs nothing.
